KPBS (channel 11) began running a new series by Saffron owner and chef Su-Mei Yu this month. Each Thursday at 9:30 p.m., “Savor San Diego” explores San Diego’s food scene and shares recipes inspired by it. Last week Yu featured the New Roots Community Farm operated by the International Rescue Committee in City Heights. Watch the episode below:
